Shipping Policy

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. Unless explicitly defined herein, capitalised terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as assigned in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing & Dispatch

Upon successful payment confirmation, Divya Sutra will process and dispatch your order within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). All orders are thoroughly inspected and securely packed to ensure safe and accurate delivery.

1.2 Shipping Partners & Tracking

Orders are shipped through reliable third-party logistics partners such as India Post, Delhivery, etc. After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared with the customer via email or WhatsApp, allowing live tracking on our platform or the courier partner's website. If your order is shipped in parts, you will receive multiple tracking IDs.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days from dispatch

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working days from dispatch

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 working days

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to external conditions such as weather, logistics disruptions, or high-volume sale periods.

1.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are dynamically calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. We may waive shipping fees or offer discounts during promotional campaigns.

1.5 Failed Deliveries & Lost Shipments

In case of non-delivery due to courier issues or lost shipments, Divya Sutra will provide a full refund or reship the product, subject to customer preference and stock availability.

1.6 Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address via our logistics partners.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Conditions for Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Return Policy.

2.2 How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

  • Use the cancellation option on our website/app, or

  • Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.

2.3 Cancellation Fees

No cancellation charges apply unless otherwise specified on product or promotional pages.

2.4 Refund on Cancellation

If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after cancellation confirmation.

2.5 Partial Cancellations

You may request cancellation of selected items in an order by contacting support. Items already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
