Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Easy 7-Day Return & Exchange
At Divya Sutra, we offer a no-questions-asked 7-day return and exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless you received the wrong item.
In such a case, we will provide a free replacement.
Items marked as “no return / no exchange” and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Return/Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
All tags and labels must be intact
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
You can place a request through:
Contacting our customer support via email or WhatsApp
Please include the following:
Order number
Product name
Date of purchase
Reason for return/exchange
Details of replacement item (in case of exchange)
5. Doorstep Pickup & Delivery
Once your return/exchange request is approved:
We will arrange the pickup of the original item from your delivery address
The exchange product will be sent to the same address as the original order
6. Exchange Value Adjustments
If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference
If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference after successful pickup and verification
7. Refunds
Refunds are only processed for approved returns
After the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality check, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method
This process may take 5–7 business days
9. Processing Time
All approved return or exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of pickup.
